VYZA Lifestyle LLP (“VYZA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information through vyza.in, the VYZA First Look list, the Faces of VYZA casting form and direct enquiries.

First Look:
When you join the VYZA First Look list, we collect your email address.

Casting applications:
When you apply through the Faces of VYZA form, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, city or town, age confirmation, application responses and any photographs or links you choose to provide.

Direct enquiries:
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information included in your message.

Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information required to load, secure and operate the website.

We use First Look information to send launch announcements, private reveal updates and early-access communications.

We use casting information to review applications, communicate with shortlisted applicants and administer the VYZA campaign casting process.

We use direct-enquiry information to respond to your questions.

We use trusted services to operate these activities, including Brevo for First Look emails, Tally for casting applications, Google Workspace for private application review and our website-hosting providers. They process information only as required to provide their services to VYZA.

Submitting a casting application does not give VYZA permission to use your photographs in advertising or campaign content. Final fees, deliverables, travel arrangements, schedules and image-usage terms will be discussed separately with shortlisted applicants and must be accepted before participation.

First Look information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Casting information is retained only for as long as reasonably required to complete the casting process and related record-keeping, unless a selected applicant agrees to different terms.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us.

Faces of VYZA casting applications are open only to people aged 18 or older.
