These terms apply to the VYZA prelaunch website operated by VYZA Lifestyle LLP.

The website currently introduces VYZA, provides access to the First Look list and presents the Faces of VYZA casting opportunity. Products are not currently offered for sale through this public prelaunch experience.

When VYZA launches commerce, product availability, pricing, payment, delivery, returns and related shopping policies will be governed by updated terms and policies published on the website.

By voluntarily joining the First Look list, you agree to receive VYZA launch communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in an email.

Submitting a casting application does not guarantee selection.

Final fees, shoot schedules, locations, travel arrangements, expected deliverables and image-usage terms will be discussed privately with shortlisted applicants. An applicant may review these details before deciding whether to participate.

Submitting an application does not grant VYZA permission to publish or commercially use the applicant’s photographs. Any campaign usage must be agreed separately.

The VYZA name, wordmark, monogram, website design, written content and original visual assets belong to VYZA Lifestyle LLP or are used with appropriate permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

The website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including Tally, Instagram and WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Prelaunch information may be updated as the brand and campaign develop.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Kerala, India.
