Cancellation
Before dispatch
To cancel an order, email ecom@vyza.in with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund it to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds go to a verified bank account or UPI ID you provide.
After dispatch
Once an order has left us it can no longer be cancelled. Please refuse delivery or raise a return instead.
