Buying guide

Stainless steel or 925 sterling silver?

VYZA sells two materials, at two different price levels, for two slightly different reasons. Here is what each one actually is, what it costs and how to look after it — so you can choose without guesswork.

The short answer

Choose 316L stainless steel if you want hard-wearing pieces for frequent, repeated wear in gold-tone, rose gold-tone or silver-tone, at our most accessible prices.

Choose 925 sterling silver if you want a precious metal — 92.5% silver, alloyed for everyday durability — for classic pieces and gifting.

What each material is

Everyday Steel

316L stainless steel with PVD gold-tone, rose gold-tone and silver-tone finishes. Exact material and finish are stated on every product page.

Sterling Silver

925 sterling silver — 92.5% silver, alloyed for everyday durability. The confirmed weight, dimensions and finish are stated on each product page.

Sterling Silver₹1,499 – ₹4,4999

Caring for both

Keep away from perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming, exercise and sleep. Wipe gently after wear and store dry in the provided pouch or box.

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time; a suitable silver-polishing cloth can help restore brightness. On any plated finish — including PVD finishes on steel — use a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive silver polish, which may wear the finish. Each product page states the material and finish confirmed for that design, along with its own care notes.
